Gil Vicente: five historic shirts for the retro round

Gil Vicente announced a vote for its matchday-21 shirt. The deadline was 4 October; the announcement does not identify the winner.

Design details

The historical panel compares five markedly different approaches. The first two use red with large white areas at the shoulders and collar. The third adds blue at the neckline and a diagonal pattern over red. The fourth switches to a dark buttoned collar and centres the crest. The fifth reverses the colour balance: blue dominates, surrounded by red and white. These are archive references, not photographs of a future shirt already manufactured.
