Tigres 2026/27: the university U takes centre stage

Tigres and adidas unveiled an away shirt on 10 August 2026 celebrating twenty years together and bringing back the U associated with the club’s university roots.

A closer look at the design

The image shows a navy base crossed by a yellow band bearing TIGRES. Several parallel lines frame it. Above, the Trefoil and U share the chest with the other applications.

Repeating yellow at the shoulders, neck and sleeves connects the edges to the central band. The team name becomes a design element with as much visual importance as the symbols above.

The design in context

The balance between lettering, band and colour creates an immediately readable composition. The university reference supplies the meaning; the horizontal arrangement gives it a strong presence.
