Inter’s board approved draft 2025/26 accounts showing a €22.7 million profit. The October shareholders’ meeting is still to come.
Context
The board decision was taken on 24 September. The reported figures combine €518 million in revenue with a €20 million reduction in operating costs. Equity turns positive at €10.4 million. These are different measures: revenue tracks business activity, profit is the year’s result, and equity reflects the accumulated accounting position.

What comes next
Commercial activity grew by 7%, with merchandising among the factors highlighted by the club. That does not automatically turn the profit into a transfer budget. The next formal step is the shareholders’ meeting planned for mid-October. Until then, the board-approved draft and the subsequent approval stage remain distinct.
